Our renovation process is simple, transparent, stress-free.

We believe getting help with home repairs and projects shouldn’t be complicated. Here’s how our process works from start to finish:

1. Reach Out
Give us a call or send a message with a description of what you need help with. Whether it’s one task or a list of things, we’re happy to help.

2. Get an Estimate
We typically bill handyman work at a set hourly rate disclosed up-front. We’ll provide a clear estimate based on the scope of work—no hidden fees or surprises. For more involved projects, we may schedule a quick walkthrough first. By approving your estimate, you agree to our Handyman Terms & Conditions below.

3. Schedule the Work
We’ll find a day and time that works for you. We respect your time and show up when we say we will.

4. We Get to Work
Our skilled handyman will handle your repairs, installations, or punch list with attention to detail and care. Clean, efficient, and done right.

5. Final Walkthrough
Once the job is complete, we’ll review everything with you to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before we wrap up.

6. Follow-Up 
Need more help down the road? We’re just a call or text away. Many of our clients become repeat customers—and we love that.

Terms & Conditions

By approving your estimate, you agree to the following terms and conditions for handyman services provided by Artisan Design Concepts:

Scope of Work

Artisan Design Concepts will perform only the services outlined in your approved estimate. Any additional work must be authorized in writing prior to being performed.

Estimate & Time

We typically bill handyman work at an hourly rate disclosed up-front. Time estimates are good-faith approximations. If material prices increase after estimate approval, the invoice may be adjusted to reflect those changes.

Access & Conditions

Client agrees to provide safe access to all work areas and must inform Artisan Design Concepts of any known hazards or conditions that may impact the work.

Unforeseen Issues

If hidden issues arise (e.g., rot, plumbing, electrical), work will pause and Artisan Design Concepts will seek your written approval before continuing. Additional time and materials will require signed or written confirmation.

Liability

Artisan Design Concepts carries general liability insurance but is not responsible for pre-existing or hidden damages unless due to negligence.

Disputes

Disagreements will be addressed through communication first. If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation before pursuing legal action.

Cancellation

Once work begins, cancellations may incur charges for time and materials used up to that point.

Force Majeure

Artisan Design Concepts is not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, material or labor shortages, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree not to post or share defamatory remarks, either publicly or privately, related to this project.

Photos & Marketing

Client grants permission for Artisan Design Concepts to take photos or videos of completed work for use in marketing materials, including website, social media, and print. All media remains the property of Artisan Design Concepts.
